You exceeded our expectations - the rooms were beautifully dressed. Food and wine were superb. Our guests were very complementary about the whole event.
Valentin was our standout member of the team discreetly managing our event perfectly. All the team were professional and eager to please.

The venue is fantastic and the event was a success. The evening ran incredibly smoothly and I would like to thank all the staff working that night, they delivered a top-class service and catered to all our needs. The food was excellent and every plate was empty at the end of the courses. Our event coordinator was amazing and made everything very easy for me, ultimately leading to the evening running as smoothly as it did. Thank you to all the team, I would highly recommend this venue and I will hopefully be hosting another event here soon.

My family and I recently celebrated a significant milestone at The Grand, and it was an experience we will cherish forever. The staff were not only welcoming but went above and beyond to ensure our event ran smoothly. Our celebration took place in the elegant Gallery Suite, where we were pampered by Valentin and his attentive assistant. Their professionalism and genuine care for our needs made us feel like royalty. The food was not only delicious but presented beautifully, pleasing and it truly made our celebration feel even more special. Overall, our experience at The Grand was nothing short of exceptional.

From the moment we pulled in, to the moment we said goodbye the service was beyond 5*. We were so impressed with the attention to detail, the willingness to adjust where needed and the overall sense that the success and enjoyment of our event really mattered to the hotel. Everyone one who we encountered was so polite, helpful and willing to go through extra mile. We are so so pleased and hope to be able to visit again!

I would like to thank everyone at The Grand Hotel, Eastbourne for their excellent service to celebrate our parents' Golden Wedding Anniversary. We all had a fantastic time and the staff worked hard to give us a positive and memorable experience. Mum and Dad had a wonderful time.
