I just wanted to say a big thank you all the members of staff at The Grand Hotel who supported us on our wedding day. We had the most wonderful experience and it was all down to Charlotte and her team! We were so impressed with how organised and friendly everyone was. Whenever I asked for anything, nothing was too much bother. It was excellent service which meant we felt well taken care of!
During the wedding breakfast the staff were very attentive and polite which was great. The whole wedding package was incredible and huge thank you to Charlotte for helping us to organise this.

The Grand Hotel Eastbourne was an excellent choice for our wedding celebrations. The venue was superb, and everyone loved the food and service throughout the reception. The professional and attentive staff took great care of us and our guests. Most especially, we thank Lottie from addressing all inquiries promptly, very flexible and understanding with our requests, easing our pre-wedding nerves to making sure everything will be flawless in the end.

Food and drink were of the highest standard and our family and guests were well looked after. The wonderful pictures of The Grand validate that it was indeed the perfect choice for our special day. Thank you Lottie and to the staff of The Grand Hotel Eastbourne.

We had an incredible day thanks to the care and attention that the staff at the Grand, with special thanks to Tracey, Samantha, Valentin, and Cole who we really felt went the extra mile for us - hopefully I haven’t missed anyone! Would recommend them not just for weddings but for any occasion!

Marie and the team made a very stressful end of our wedding planning so easy. Honestly can not thank them enough for all their hard work and attention to detail was second to none. All our guests commented on how seamless the whole day flowed and this was all thanks the great staff at the Grand Hotel as well as the Toastmaster (Andy) who I would highly recommend. Marie, deserves a special mention as she was the one who always with a friendly smile helped myself and my wife with our last minute stupid questions and made sure we were never really too worried. All in all I would like to say thank you to the whole team who helped put this wedding together. Something my wife and I will never forget.

Our wedding reception was small (14 people) but absolutely perfect. The pre-wedding planning was smooth, efficient and professional and on the day we were warmly greeted by the team charged with looking after us. All members of the team, from the most junior to the most senior were friendly, attentive but unobtrusive and the gallery where we ate looked stylishly classical and a perfect size for our party.

My wife and I would like to thank all the staff for making our day flow without a hitch and a day to remember.

We were absolutely blown away with every single thing about our wedding day. We couldn’t have asked for a better venue, everything was absolutely perfect! Marie was amazing throughout at communicating and making sure every little detail was on our wedding programme, we appreciated this so much. Samantha and Valentin also amazing to have with us on the day, they made sure we had everything we needed and we felt in such good hands. Honestly we had the best day of our lives and that is all thanks to The Grand Hotel and your team, we will always be so appreciative. Thank you so much!

We had the most wonderful wedding at the Grand Hotel. From the early conversations with Marie through to the execution of the day, we could not fault it. The venue, food and service were outstanding and the whole day was stress-free, which made it the most perfect day! Thank you to all the staff who made it so special.

Couldn't fault the staff at all, they were amazing and catered for not only our needs but all our guests and nothing was too much trouble. They all had smiles on their faces and made the day/evening. Can't thank them enough.

The entire day was magical. We cannot thank the Grand Hotel, Eastbourne enough. Every single member of staff we came into contact with was kind, smiling and saw to our needs with genuine care and thoughtfulness. The attention to detail was amazing. The food incredible. Truly a day to remember and revisit again and again in our minds and through the photos.

Our wedding day was something like a dream and a lot of our guests told us it was one of the best Weddings they have been to. The day ran so smoothly and any issues were dealt with promptly and without question. I have had no end of comments from family and friends telling me how lovely the Grand Hotel is and in particular how kind and helpful all the staff were. Guests have told us stories about doormen, front of house team, porters, cleaners, kitchen staff, waiters/waitresses and of course the events team all being happy, helpful and making guests feel as special as we did.

Oliver and I were treated so well from the start (way back in 2020) and that was part of the reason for choosing the Grand. Every time we visited, we were made to feel so special and we hoped our family and friends would feel similar.

Lottie in particular has been a joy to work with over the last year or so. Always responding so politely and promptly and on meetings, extremely kind, professional and happy. From mine and Oliver’s side, it hasn’t been stressful and a lot of that is due to knowing our day was completely safe in your hands.

The Grand Hotel Eastbourne has become a special place to us and we look forward to visiting again in the future.

Jim and I had the most perfect day, everything went very smoothly and the feedback from our guests was amazing. Many telling us it had been the best wedding they had ever attended….so well done to the whole team at The Grand for looking after us and most especially to you Will, for your patience and skill.

The overall experience was excellent from The Grand Hotel, the day ran so smoothly and everything was where it needed to be throughout the day. Yasmina, our planner, made sure our day was how we wanted it and was prompt with any questions we had. Everyone who came said what a wonderful setting the hotel was, and to us it will now hold great memories. I didn’t catch the names of the staff in the room with us but they were great and nothing was a problem. Overall, a fantastic experience.

Billie-Jo and Lottie are incredible assets to your team. They provided outstanding service from start to finish and were always open to helping us with any requests for our special day.

During the pandemic, Billie-Jo was a consistent source of support. This helped make a stressful situation manageable. Billie-Jo went above and beyond for us at that time. When Lottie took over, the transition was seamless and, between them, ensuring that our wedding was everything we wanted it to be and more. We are very grateful to them both. The ops team on the day were outstanding. Winnie and her team delivered amazing service with a smile. The entire concierge team were fantastic and so helpful, too, by helping our guests when they needed it.

Since our wedding, many of our guests have commented on how fantastic the food was, particularly the vegan option. We want to thank the chef and his team.

Our wedding at The Grand was simply perfect from start to finish. Every member of staff from the doormen, receptionists, waiters and waitresses, bar staff, housekeeping and of course Lottie s team were exceptional nothing was too much trouble and all were helpful, friendly and attentive. We cannot thank you all enough and we would 100% recommend The Grand for an intimate wedding, as ours was , or a larger wedding.

Every single aspect of the day exceeded our expectations. We felt like royalty for the entire stay.
We had the most perfect wedding day, we could not have wished for anything more. In spite of the rain and Covid, everything went so smoothly and seamlessly and I know all guests thoroughly enjoyed the day, from start to finish.

We know how much went into the preparation and last-minute changes and are so grateful to Yasmina and Billie -Jo. Yasmina you are a real credit to the Grand and they are privileged to have you.

I would not hesitate to recommend the Grand and its affiliated services to anyone looking for a venue for a special occasion.
I should add that we found the costs quite reasonable in comparison to other venues as well, particularly when you consider the high standard of service.

The venue is stunning, it gives such a grand impression when you enter the lobby or the ballrooms. All of the staff from the coordinators to the serving staff and the reception staff were brilliant and attentive to our needs both in the build up to and on the day of our wedding. The level of service was fantastic and all of our guests were blown away by the venue, the food and the staff.

Thank you so much to everyone at The Grand hotel. Our day could not have been more perfect. The most beautiful location and the staff were incredibly attentive and helpful. They had so much patience for our endless requests and couldn’t do enough for us and all our overseas guests.

I got married at the Grand Hotel on the 8th June, after 2 and a half years of planning! I firstly want to thank Melissa and Stella from the Wedding events team for ensuring that our day went smoothly from start to finish. Their planning and attention to detail was spot on. Our day was amazing and that was mainly due to the staff. They were so attentive and helpful and their service was excellent. In regards to the room we stayed in, we had a master suite on the night of the wedding and it was huge. I have never stayed in such an amazing room like that before. We are already planning to go back and stay for our one year anniversary next year! We had the most incredible day and thats all thanks to the brilliant staff at the Grand Hotel. They made the happiest day of our life even more special by their attentiveness and fantastic service.

We had the most amazing time at our wedding reception at the Grand Hotel, everything went smoothly and we could not have asked for anything more! Lottie’s planning and communication ahead of the event were impeccable - we were never left waiting for a response and always felt that every aspect of the event was securely in hand. At the hotel, Valentin and the rest of the team were all the way from check in to check out including the night of the event of course - every question or request that we had was met with a ‘yes, no problem’ and we did not have a second of doubt or stress. The food and drink were exceptional, all of our guests agreed and thoroughly enjoyed it all.
