National Waiters Day 'Eastbourne Tray Race on the Lawns' - Thursday 20th October 2016 - 11.00am
Celebrate your front of house superstars and compete against Eastbournes best service staff at Eastbournes first annual National Waiters Day event.
To take part in the National Waiters Day Race each hotel will be asked to put forward a team of four of their speediest and most dexterous waiters to compete in the relay. Teams will have the chance to show off their skills and represent their hotels as they complete the course as fast as they can, whilst balancing a tray of drinks - Prizes will be awarded for the fastest team who have also delivers the perfect serve with all their drinks intact!
Entry to the race is £20.00 per team, which will go to the hospitality industry charity Springboard. Spring founded National Waiters Day to not only celebrate front of house staff, but to raise awareness of careers in hospitality.
